Witty Wednesday Services for ages 12-19 incorporates a variety of Activities, Enrichment Programs and Tutoring to enhance the Biblical and Social foundation we wish to establish in our older youth's lives.  It will also strive to meet the needs of our older youth that have challenges in areas outside of the church curriculum.  These Enrichment and Tutoring Programs includes secular classroom subjects such as:  English, Math, History, Spelling, Science, Language and More.  Witty Wednesday teaches and reinforces the lesson previously taught and aids in preparing our youth for the future in exciting ways through the use of object lessons and Enrichment Programs.

Activities that are implemented during Witty Wednesdays for ages 12-19 are Story Night, The Righteous Rap Session/Straight Talk Night, Movie Night, DOD/SOS Night and Game Night.

THE VISION OF THE P.O.P. CHURCH

CRM City Fellowship P.O.P. Church, is designed to meet the needs of Youth ages 0-19.   Teachers are trained to minister the Word of God at the level of understanding for each grade level.  The primary goal of the P.O.P. Church Ministry is to teach and instill in the youth the seven principles of abundant living as taught by Pastor L. J. Woodard, Jr., which are Salvation, Authority of the believer, Faith, Prayer, the Holy Spirit, Healing and Prosperity.

In the P.O.P. Church there are two different services designed for teaching and impacting this generation:  Sunday Service for learning and Witty Wednesdays for re-teaching what was previously learned.  The Sunday Services for learning is held in conjunction with CRM’s regular Sunday worship services and Witty Wednesday’s is held in conjunction with the regular Wednesday Night Live Bible Study.

The P.O.P. Church Ministry has established significant goals for each child that will give them a strong spiritual foundation for daily life.  Our goals are that each child be proficient in the following areas:

~  Scriptural reference for Salvation, Baptism with the Holy Spirit, and Water Baptism
~  Locate and say the books of the Bible with Boldness
~  Memorize and recite memory verses
~  Know scripture reference for salvation, healing, prayer, prosperity and faith
~  Know Bible stories that can relate to everyday life
~  Know Scriptural reference for Leading another person to salvation

The P.O.P. Church was established to fulfill the mandate God has given to build people in Word, in Witness, in Worship and in Wealth.  It is our responsibility to create an environment for our Youth to hear God's voice.  We want our Youth to know God's purpose for their lives, and to be free to worship and praise God in spirit and in truth.  Godly principles that will give our children the Biblical foundation, and the knowledge of who God is.  We must teach our Youth the things of God, and train them to share Jesus with others.

We have been commissioned to develop the Youth of the world within Biblical constraints and to instill Christian and Godly values in an environment that is conducive to their spiritual growth and development.  Through the practical application of the word, God will manifest in their lives.  Where there is clarity of vision, there is immediate acceleration toward the common goal.

P.O.P. CHURCH MUSIC MINISTRY

Most people don’t think that Youth can really worship God.  The Word of God says in Matthews 21:16, "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou has perfected praise."  Here at CRM City Fellowship Church, we are committed to providing excellence in music.  This same commitment filters into the P.O.P. Church Worship Services.  Our Music staff works diligently to find music that our youth of all ages can respond to.  We have an awesome anointed Praise and Worship team and several teams of youth who sing.  Youth will worship God if it's presented to them at their level.  God created man to worship him

Our Youth have an opportunity to join the P.O.P. Choir (12-25) all are comprised of gifted and talented worshipers empowered to sing God's Word through song.  This choir is committed to illuminating darkness and spreading the Worship Experience of God's Word abroad.  As we set standards for the Youth Choirs around the world, this generation of singers worship God and minister with a unique style of Expression in Praise.

KIC Choir is a component of the Children’s Ministry which consists of kids sharing through songs of inspiration and praise.  This ministry is open to all children, ages 3 - 11; to participate, please see the Leader/Director at your Campus location  for more information.

L. J. Woodard, Sr. Foundation Fund
“Keeping the Legacy Alive!” -- The L. J. Woodard, Sr. Foundation Ministry is dedicated to keeping the legacy of our Founder, Bishop L. J. Woodard, Sr., alive.  Your donations and  gifts to the Foundation will be used for educational scholarships, and to aid the needy with food, clothing, utility assistance, job training and placement, rent &  shelter assistance, senior citizens aid, building projects, and other human services.  For more information on how you can help in “Keeping the Legacy Alive!” please see the Leader/Director for details and orientation.


The L. J. Woodard, Sr. Foundation has donated funds that allow us to offer scholarships to deserving graduating high school seniors.  
If you would like to compete for one of the scholarships, simply do the following:

Complete and submit the Scholarship Form
Complete and submit the attached Essay on “How I Will Use My Future Career for God’s Purposes”.
Present a verbal 3-minute overview speech about your essay before the Judging Panel.
Make sure both the Scholarship Form and Essay is post marked or hand delivered by May xx, 20xx.

Every senior that successfully graduates will receive a check from the LJ Woodard, Sr. Foundation.

In an effort to help you to get the maximum advantage from the Teaching and Worship Ministry, we strongly encourage you to make use of the CRM “Angel Palace” Nursery Ministry that is offered for your child.  It is free and staffed with Christian volunteers who have a love and passion for children and will give you an opportunity to enjoy the Service in a quiet and sacred manner.  Pagers are also given and the children are exposed to bible stories, TV monitor for viewing of Worship Service, games, music and treats.
